We will not sell or transfer your information to any third party even when we have your consent, Period. 

Access to customer information is limited to Irabira and AP17CORP and those acting under its direction for the specific purpose of marketing and selling our products and communicating to the customer regarding issues concerning our company. 
 
Our mailing list will be limited to those who wish to receive information about our brand and products.
Any consumer may be removed from our mailing list by writing to us.
 
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our business or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

PROCESSING OF ORDER

• We mention estimated processing time prior to shipment for each product in product details page.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• We offer free shipping.
• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after processing of shipment.
• All taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We add a shipping fee of USD 30 to all international orders.
• We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
• Duties and taxes vary by country, and by placing the order you are agreeing to be responsible for any customs or duties that may be assessed by their country when the package arrives. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid, the package will be returned back to us. If the
• shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, any refund to you will be ascertained after deducting the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees and any other charges.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• Once your order is shipped, we will share through email the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name to you. We request you to visit the logistic partner website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track expected date of delivery.

• Our logistic partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
• Please provide a contact number where logistic partner can contact you and your complete shipping address with the pincode/ zip code. This will help in delivery of your order.
• At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

• We accept exchange or return only if an incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email and if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
• Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
• If you would like to exchange or return any of the items purchased please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information: 

1. Order number 
2. Delivery address 
3. We will do our best to address the request within 48 working hours.

• Any change in size is subject to availability of product.
• We are unable to accept requests to replace a product with a different style, even if the price is the same.
• If your purchase is eligible for a free exchange or return, the credit note will be issued to you through email. Credit note will be applicable of purchase through Irabira Online Store and will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

DISCLAIMER

• Part of the beauty of each Irabira product handcrafted in India, is its woven delicate fabric and embroidery. Due to this slight imperfections and/or color variations may occur, this does not reflect any defect.
• We advise dry-cleaning all items to best care for your Irabira product. We also advise you to follow Wash Care Instruction mentioned on your product.
• Goods & Service Tax/Sales Tax levied by Indian law, if applicable on exports would be paid by AP17CORP (parent company of Irabira) and will not be charged to the customer separately.
